I’M SCREAMING INSIDE!! We took a look at this apartment today. Its a 3 bed/2 bathroom. Dogs/Cats welcome. Balcony. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom. The tenant that currently lives there is an artist and will be leaving certain things in the apartment. Like a wine rack above the sink and shelves throughout the house. He also built some sort of iron artistic wine glass holder with blue and green lights above the bar area that will be staying. We are the first tenats to put in an application and it’s first come first serve. I am trying not to get my hopes up but I dont see why we wouldnt be able to get it. Can this be possible? Pass Stateboard, move in to my little dream apartment and my mom come home all in one year? shhhh. lets not jinx this. ;)
